Fine Motor Spray-It Valentine’s Day Activity

This valentines day fine motor activity can be done in so many ways to fulfill the needs of the student. It’s a super engaging fine motor activity using spray bottles. Kids will be excited to explore what’s behind the heart! The hearts can be of different colors, or have alphabets/letters, numbers which magically appear as the kid sprays water on the hearts!

Your preschoolers and Kindergarteners would love to practice their fine motor skills and be super excited to find out the surprise behind the hearts! 

Supplied Needed:

So, grab the following items and prepare to amaze your preschoolers and kindergarteners in your life!

  • kitchen paper towel
  • spray bottle
  • washable markers

How to Tin Foil Printed Hearts Process Art

You will need paper towels, markers, and a water spray bottle for this activity. Start by drawing your hearts or other Valentine’s designs. Then layer another paper towel on top and using a dark marker, outline the drawings below.

Students will then grab their spray bottles full of water and begin spraying the outlines to “magically” color in their designs. This activity is sure to excite young learners while promoting fine motor skills.
