"Cutest pumpkin in the patch" fall craft for your cute little pumpkin! Dip lemon halves in paint and stamp away to create cute pumpkin shapes onto paper or fabric. Incorporate this easy stamping idea into lots of Halloween or fall-inspired craft projects. Super easy and fun to engage toddlers, preschoolers and kindergartners.

Showcase your student as the cutest pumpkin in the patch this fall season with our Lemon Print Pumpkin Art. Your preschool and kindergarten students will enjoy creating a super cute pumpkin patch with just a lemon and some orange paint!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

  • Lemon cut in half
  • orange paint
  • markers
  • Photo of your child

Once the lemon is cut in half students can dip it into the orange paint (cut side down) and “stamp” it onto their desired canvas (paper, canvas, etc…). Once the pumpkins have been placed, take a marker and design stems and vines between the pumpkins.

You could stop here but to take this project to the next level, you can add a photo of your student to one of the pumpkins and add his/her name around it. Then add the title “The Cutest Pumpkin In The Patch” to the canvas. Once dry, this becomes an adorable fall decoration as well as a great keepsake for families.
