Christmas ornaments are so much fun! Shaving cream marbling is one of my student’s favorites form of art. These Candy cane Marbled ornaments using Shaving cream are just too cute for words and a great sensory activity for any age! Marbling using shaving cream is ma bit messy but super fun for preschool, pre-k and kindergarten students! It’s a super low prep Christmas craft, all you need is tray, Shaving cream, red paint, Card stock paper and go!

Candy Cane Marbled Art Ornaments

Check out this easy Candy Cane Marbled Sensory Christmas craft for kids. It’s fun and easy to create.Simply grab some shaving cream and red paint. Place the shaving cream and a small amount of red paint into a dish. .

Using a craft stick, mix the paint and shaving cream together until a candy cane-like design is formed. Using white construction paper, cut out a variety of Christmas-shaped items; think candy canes, Santas, ornaments, etc…  Now, simply dip them into the shaving cream and paint concoction. When you remove them, they will be marbled red and white. Let them dry and add a ribbon as a tree holder and voila! You have the perfect holiday ornament.
